During this period of time a lot of thing changed in the church. This was because the people started to fade away from the idea that they're mission on earth was to get heaven. People started to belive in other things like humanisation and the power of the mind. Other branches of religion started to break off like the Puritans. This caused a lot of problems with the Church of England, and the Catholics. Because they wanted land and space and not to be forced to do things. Which upset a lot of people
